Do i have any chance of getting into Michigan State?

I'm an in state applicant. i have 3.2. However, my gpa includes very hard cles. I got a 22 on my ACT. I also participate in athletics, i have hours of community service and i have many hours of work. Do i have any chance of getting in? If so, how good of a chance?
