Go to the drug store and buy a bag of depends undergarments. You can read on the bag sizes and weights etc to find your size then ask the pharmacist for Metamucil. Eat double what the container says in a 24 hr period and make sure you keep your Depends on. This is the easiest....your problem will solve itself with this method of pooping.
