My two month daughter won't take a pacifier?

I know all babies don't like pacifiers but she's gotta take one. She either sucks on her hand or will scream until I give her the (and I'm not even feeding.) I've bought 6 or 7 types of pacifiers both silicone and latex. And I don't need to hear "be grateful she doesn't take one" because for one, it will be harder to break the habit of her sucking on her thumb or hand than a pacifier and two, I need something to soothe her when I'm not here and she's with her dad. He doesn't have a to offer her!
