Right this is a not so diffucult question if you have it... bacially its about xbox live and msn?

right i used to have this person on my xbox live account. and i accidently deleted her and i had her on my msn aswell. is there anyway i can view anyone thats deleted me or so-on. unless you know the person there name was summit like Dat girl jess or summit and her msn was the sameish please help
