GA medicaid, making c-section appt?

i am on GA medicaid (Amerigroup) Id like to make an appt for a c section on my due date. only thing is I will be in Alabama right across the border of GA ( ill be able to get to the hospital within 30 mins of where im staying) Will the insurance allow you to make an appt with a dr in a diff area like that? i live in Savannah but my fiance is military and we will be on vacation up there. both me and my sister were born 2-3 weeks after our due date and my sister got seriously ill when she ingested into her lungs and stomach her 1st bowel movement cause she had it inside the womb. i just want to avoid that all together.
