4th generation prelude vs 5th generation prelude.?

Which is overall better for me to buy? ive heard people saying the 4th is more reliable and quicker bcuz its so much lighter.. blah blah but is it true? is it really quicker? is it more reliable?. which one should i buy and im planning on slightly modding it as well. give me your opinion thnx!!
