Did I Do The Right Thing?

ok this question is for people from culture who believes in arrange marriages. i dont believe in arrange marriage i just happend to be from that culture. so here is whats up. i was in a 10 month relationship and we broke up on september. this relationship was the best thing ever happened to me and the worst. her family knew about me and they completely lied to me about how the girl had some mental issues. i didnt find out those issues until i broke up with her. she was in another relation, she believed in curses, possible skitzhophrenic patient and paranoid etc. so we broke up and cut contact for like 2 month. after that i email her and the conversation eventually went from email to txting. then she tells me that shes getting married with another guy in january but she is not happy she also cursed at that guy saying "f that piece of ****'. she saying that the reason she getting married cause her parents wants her to. btw the guy lives in bangladesh where im from. and she lives here in usa. so anyways whatever she was saying didnt make sense to me and she told me that she wants to meet with me before she goes to bangladesh. i dont know why she wants to see me but im preety sure she wants to get laid cause i didnt want her phone num she gave me anyways, then she started saying that ' that peice of **** wont be here till next year' so till then we can be friends and he wont know about it. so that basically tells me that she wants to have an 2nd affair with me. so last i txt her saying that 'i cannot meet with u, u already got problems and it will make it worse, and its not fair for my future wife. then she said ok tc. i mean i feel bad for her that how her parents are trying to get rid of her just by getting her arranged marriage but please advice me if i did the right thing or not. and btw, when it comes to marriage i hate my culture.
