Has anyone used trilastin sr (or something else) after or during pregnancy for stretch marks?

I know that you can not "get rid" of stretch marks without surgery but I have read really good reviews about this product. Has anyone had any experience with this or other stretch marks creams that were postive? I have tried cocoa er and all the palmers products religiously with no success. Thanks.
