How do Mormons explain the fact that Miss Nude Stockholm has not turned black?

I am not a Mormon, so my opinions are not necessarily those of the church. You know yourself from reading 3 Nephi that if a black person repents, the skin turns white. It says nothing about a white person's skin turning black there.
