Is there an in seat power supply?

I will be flying with Thai Airways from New York to Bangkok on the A340-500 aircraft. I was wondering if there was an in-seat power supply in an economy seat for where I can plug in my laptop. If there isn't, I won't bring it. The laptop will only last about 4-5 hours on its own battery power and its a long flight.
