Is this guy playing games or simply wasting my time please help?

I have been seeing this guy for over two years - we have known eachother from school so all in all we have known eachother for around 15 years. however we started seeing eachother over a year ago. He has been messing me around loads for the past year but I think I love him and just try and ignore everything around me. Bascially we fell out the other day and I said some things to him which were coming in all fairness, I know he has cheated on me and the rest but I am finding it hard to let go, today I have called him and he keeps diverting my calls or ignoring them, shall I just let go of him becuase his playing with my feelings and its not fair, I am so upset because I dont know what to do,I have tried to let go so many times but always end up sleeping with him again -is he just taking the mick because he has ignored about 8 of my calls today and when I try phoning from a different number he picks up , can some give me some advise what I need to do serious answers pleax
