Movie about toys? Help!?

Ok so theres this movie and all that I can remeber is that its about these toys that were programmed to be really life like and there thrown out in a garbage can but come to life and are on a mission to go back to there "home" which there programer intended them to live in there fictional world. One of the toys is a three legged thing with an eyeball for a head and one is like really crazy and purple and is like the tazmainian devil but not. Also I remeber that they fight with these G I Joe impersenations at the end. any help would be mucho appreciated.
