Rockstar or Guitar hero?

Rockband, Guitar hero only has one option = guitar, Rockband gives you three options to play Guitar, Drums, and Singing, and I'm uming an 8 year old girl would enjoy singing over anything else, but the contents of the songs for both games might not be appropriate for an 8 year old you should maybe supervise cause they are both rated T for Teen.
