Symptoms of piles and its treatment?

i m 26 years old and found blood during stools. its not pain full. But after stools it is painfull. I m unable to sit even. Is all r d symptoms of piles? Mine is very heat body. The bleeding is happening because of that? I m unable to trace out. Wanna pls tell me the symptoms of piles and also in which age it appears. i m really nervous abt treatment. plstell me abt the treatment. is it painfull? surgery z necessary 4 that? did anybody face these pros?b
