Is it worth it to upgrade this sound card?

Is it worth it to upgrade this Creative Sound Blaster X-FI Xtremegamer sound card to an even better card? If so, what card would that be and what would be the significant differences? Will the differences be noticeable with movies and music as well as games? Also, are good headphones better than good speakers? I have sennheiser 212 pro headphones.
