I have melted them and made chocolate mousse, pots au chocolate, even a type pudding like sticky toffee with them, you can melt them and add them to cakes and muffins even fairy cakes, my mate in Liverpool who I worked with in Singapore has made a chocolate pie with them, added some to the filling in pieces before chilling and chopped more on the whipped double cream top, there like using slab or bar chocolate with and orange flavour.
